Tracey Hopper

Tracey Hopper is the principal and owner of Family Law Offices of Tracey C. Hopper, LLC.  She practices in the area of domestic relations.  Tracey was inspired to become an attorney by 2 prior Charlottesville-Albemarle Legal Aid Society attorneys who presented to area social workers about Legal Aid.  Tracey has been involved with LAJC since before 2006 when she first became a board member.  She served on the Board from 2006-2020 and then returned to the Board in 2025.  Tracey also is a founding member of Piedmont CASA and was a Stephen Minister and Stephen Leader for many years at St. Paul’s Memorial Church.  Tracey is an avid birder who supports and volunteers with local and statewide birding organizations with her husband, Doug.  Their small dog, Bodhi, is magnanimous in allowing Doug and Tracey to share his home.
