Nady Peralta

Nady joined Legal Aid Justice Center in September 2016. As a Fellow with the Immigrant Advocacy Program (now called the Immigrant Justice Program), her work centered on advancing the rights of undocumented and under-documented Virginians in immigration, higher education, housing, and consumer matters. In July 2021, Nady joined the Economic Justice Program, where she focuses on tenants’ rights, and works to fight mass eviction and dismantle legal and other barriers to safe and affordable housing. Nady earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Mexico, and her law degree from George Mason University School of Law. In her spare time, she enjoys live theater and historical novels.
