Chinh Le

Chinh Le is a visiting professor of practice at the University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to joining the Law School, Chinh served as the legal director of the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia. He has also worked in the New Jersey Attorney General’s office, at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund Inc., and in private practice. In addition to his board service with LAJC, Chinh is also on the board of directors of the Poverty and Race Research Action Council and the board of advisors of the Center on Asian Americans and the Law at Fordham Law. He served on the District of Columbia Access to Justice Commission between 2020 and 2023 and is a past co-chair of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Access to Justice Task Force and of the D.C. Consortium of Legal Services Providers, a coalition of more than 30 legal services organizations in the District of Columbia.
