Guillermo Medrano

Guillermo Medrano (he/him) joined LAJC in July 2023 as the Office Manager and Paralegal for the Falls Church office. A first generation American, He was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia but spent his formative early years with his extended family in El Salvador, where his mother immigrated to the US from. These experiences have helped create a strong bond between Guillermo and the immigrant communities he grew up in Northern Virginia, for which he is very excited and eager to assist more directly alongside LAJC.
Guillermo brings with him over 8 years of programmatic and operations experience across various industries in the DC area: International Development with the State Department, and IT Project Management support at The National Institute of Health most recently.
and while he’s very proud of his Northern Virginia roots, love would take him across the Potomac where he now lives with his (way) better half and wife Tatiana alongside their two 100+ pound dogs Roscoe (Rhodesian Lab mix big brother) and Logan (Cane Corso “little” sister) in their new home in Upper Marlboro, MD. They both share a passion for travel, food, and randomly quoting their favorite show Parks and Recreation to each other.
