Helen Bradshaw

Helen joined LAJC’s Civil Rights and Racial Justice Program in October 2025.  Prior to joining LAJC, Helen was an Appellate Attorney for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs where her practice focused in veterans’ benefits law.  During law school, Helen represented juvenile clients as a member of the American University Washington College of Law Criminal Justice Clinic and served as a Gideon’s Promise Law Clerk for the Law Office of the Public Defender for DeKalb County Georgia.  

Helen clerked for the Honorable J. Michael Ryan at D.C. Superior Court.  She is barred in the District of Columbia.
