Hayden Cochrane

Hayden Cochrane joined LAJC as Director of Development in 2025. Prior to joining LAJC, Hayden spent six years at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, serving as the Director of Advancement. They are a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and have 20+ years of fundraising experience with nonprofits across a range of service areas. LAJC’s work for justice and equity inspires Hayden every day and provides motivation for their work to invite others to partner with us by giving.
