Lila Greiner

Lila joined the LAJC litigation team in 2026 as a fellow with a focus on immigrants’ rights. She returned to LAJC after a summer interning with the Immigrant Justice Program. Lila is graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was recognized for contributing over 1000 hours of pro bono service as part of the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program and as an intern with LAJC and Ayuda. Prior to law school Lila completed a service year with the Episcopal Service Corps, placed at Life Together in Boston and working as an environmental justice community organizer for GreenRoots. Lila also co-authored Don’t Let the Reefer Blow the Roof Off: Challenges and Guidance Surrounding Medical Marijuana Patients in Federally Assisted Housing ( 2022, ABA Journal of Affordable Housing & Community Development Law). Lila received her undergraduate degree from Rice University. Outside of work, Lila loves to read fantasy novels, play Dungeons and Dragons or board games with friends, complain about the Washington Nationals, and cuddle her dog.
