Emilia Garcia

Emilia Garcia graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2026 with degrees in Government and Public Policy & Leadership. During her time at UVA, she volunteered at the LAJC’s Charlottesville office for three years and worked with the Humanitarian Collaborative to research the experiences of young migrant children. She also brings prior experience from an internship at a legal aid organization in South Florida. Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Emilia enjoys running, reading, thrifting, and exploring DC in her free time.
