Virginia Farmworker Advocacy Network Conference

You are invited to the 2nd Virginia Farmworker Advocacy Network Conference on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

The conference will be held at Eastern Shore Community College, 29316 Charles M. Lankford Jr. Memorial Hwy, Melfa, VA, on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

A pre-conference gathering is planned for Saturday, June 6, 2026, which may include visits to local camps and an evening corn roast, bonfire, and music jam (location to be announced).

The Farmworker Advocacy Network is a statewide network of organizations that works to improve living and working conditions of migrant and agricultural workers in Virginia.

Room Rates

• June 6, 2026 – $169.00 per room, plus tax
• June 7, 2026 – $149.00 per room, plus tax

Guests may book one or two nights.

Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax.
