Louisa Rich

Louisa Rich is an attorney at Legal Aid Justice Center with the Economic Justice Program. She primarily focuses on subsidized housing cases in the Richmond and Petersburg area. In addition, she directs the Pro Bono Housing Unit in the Richmond office and oversees the intake system across all offices. After getting her B.A. from Colorado College, Louisa interned at an emergency youth shelter in Dayton, Ohio. She received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2018.
