Jen Steele

Jen Steele joined LAJC in 2024 as the Financial Analyst & Grants Manager. Jen relocated to Virginia from Texas where she was most recently the Director of Finance for a non-profit organization that focuses on mental health and intellectual & developmental disability services.  In this role, Jen was responsible for grant management including budget preparation, analysis & invoicing, as well as overseeing the payroll and accounting teams.  She is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
