The VIP Project educates our legislators in Richmond about the abuses within the prison system, the need to develop alternatives to incarceration, and the cost to prisoners, their families, their communities, and our state of failing to address the problems in our institutions.

Support Our Work
The mission of the Legal Aid Justice Center is to serve those in our communities who have the least access to legal resources. Persons living in Virginia’s institutions have no access unless we are able to reach out to them and let them know that all Virginians are entitled to basic human rights. The VIP project is committed to helping our clients receive the justice to which they are entitled under the law. Please consider supporting our work with a tax-deductible donation.
