Tras graduarse en Suny Maritime en comercio internacional y transporte, se traslad\u00f3 a Charlottesville, VA, donde se dedic\u00f3 a la agricultura y abri\u00f3 su propio cami\u00f3n de comida. En 2022 se traslad\u00f3 a Nashville, TN, y asumi\u00f3 el cargo de Organizador de los Derechos de los Trabajadores en Workers Dignity, una organizaci\u00f3n de base, donde construy\u00f3 campa\u00f1as p\u00fablicas con trabajadores de bajos salarios que eran v\u00edctimas de robo salarial. A Coco le apasiona construir comunidad y cree en el trabajo colectivo para crear un cambio social que empodere a las minor\u00edas, los inmigrantes y la clase trabajadora.
