En 2008, despu\u00e9s de trabajar como abogado defensor de menores de oficio en Alabama, Hank se uni\u00f3 a la comunidad de servicios legales de Virginia como becario de derecho educativo en la Sociedad de Ayuda Legal de Roanoke Valley, donde litig\u00f3 con \u00e9xito y obtuvo el reembolso de la escuela privada y otros servicios en materia de  <a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/case\/db-v-bedford-county-school-board-1\"><em>D.B. y otros contra el Consejo Escolar del Condado de Bedford<\/em><\/a>, 708 F.
