Tras dejar el ej\u00e9rcito, Amanda trabaj\u00f3 en varios organismos p\u00fablicos y empresas privadas, donde imparti\u00f3 formaci\u00f3n, elabor\u00f3 pol\u00edticas corporativas y ayud\u00f3 a abogados con la gesti\u00f3n de casos y asuntos legales. En la comunidad, Amanda form\u00f3 parte del Comit\u00e9 de Empoderamiento Financiero bajo el liderazgo de la se\u00f1ora Nichole Armstead, tesorera de la ciudad de Richmond. Este comit\u00e9 se dedicaba al empoderamiento financiero de hombres y mujeres pertenecientes a minor\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, Amanda fue nombrada \u00abVeteranas en Acci\u00f3n\u00bb de 2018, un t\u00edtulo otorgado por la Administraci\u00f3n de Veteranos McGuire por su incansable y desinteresado trabajo ayudando a los veteranos sin hogar y poni\u00e9ndolos en contacto con recursos y ayudas. Amanda es licenciada en Empresariales por la Universidad ECPI, donde se gradu\u00f3 con matr\u00edcula de honor (Summa Cum Laude).
