Tras el servicio militar, Amanda trabaj\u00f3 para varios sectores p\u00fablicos y privados, donde imparti\u00f3 formaci\u00f3n, cre\u00f3 pol\u00edticas corporativas y asisti\u00f3 a abogados en la gesti\u00f3n de casos y asuntos jur\u00eddicos. En la comunidad, Amanda form\u00f3 parte del Comit\u00e9 de Capacitaci\u00f3n Financiera bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Madam Nichole Armstead, Tesorera de la ciudad de Richmond. Este comit\u00e9 se dedic\u00f3 a la capacitaci\u00f3n financiera de hombres y mujeres pertenecientes a minor\u00edas. Amanda tambi\u00e9n fue nombrada Mujer Veterana en Acci\u00f3n 2018, un t\u00edtulo otorgado por la Administraci\u00f3n de Veteranos McGuire por sus incansables y desinteresados actos de servicio asistiendo y conectando a veteranos sin hogar con recursos y ayuda. Amanda es licenciada en Empresariales por la Universidad ECPI, donde se gradu\u00f3 Summa Cum Laude.
