Como becaria del Programa de Defensa de los Inmigrantes (ahora llamado Programa de Justicia para los Inmigrantes), su trabajo se centr\u00f3 en la defensa de los derechos de los virginianos indocumentados y subdocumentados en materia de inmigraci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n superior, vivienda y consumo. En julio de 2021, Nady se incorpor\u00f3 al Programa de Justicia Econ\u00f3mica, donde se centra en los derechos de los inquilinos, y trabaja para luchar contra los desahucios masivos y desmantelar las barreras legales y de otro tipo que impiden acceder a una vivienda segura y asequible. Nady se licenci\u00f3 en Historia por la Universidad de Nuevo M\u00e9xico y en Derecho por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad George Mason.
