Durante su tiempo en LAJC, ha trabajado tanto en el Programa de Defensa de los Inmigrantes como en el Programa de Justicia Econ\u00f3mica en asuntos de vivienda y empleo, y ahora se centra en asuntos de empleo para trabajadores inmigrantes en nuestro equipo de trabajadores agr\u00edcolas.&nbsp;  Rachel es tambi\u00e9n nuestra abogada litigante principal, y trabaja en asuntos de litigios de impacto interprogram\u00e1tico.&nbsp;  Es licenciada por la Universidad de Richmond y doctora en Derecho por el Centro Jur\u00eddico de la Universidad de Georgetown, donde obtuvo un Certificado en Refugiados y Emergencias Humanitarias.
