Es el organizador de Justicia Descarcelaria y se centra especialmente en la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de la polic\u00eda. Ha estado trabajando con The People\u2019s Coalition para que las fuerzas del orden sean m\u00e1s responsables y transparentes. Harold lleva 15 a\u00f1os organizando movimientos en Virginia y en la zona de Charlottesville. Ha trabajado en temas federales, como la Seguridad Social y la reforma fiscal; en temas estatales, como la restituci\u00f3n de los derechos civiles y la asistencia sanitaria; y en cuestiones locales importantes, como la iniciativa \u00abBan the Box\u00bb y los salarios dignos. En todas estas iniciativas, Harold se esfuerza por conseguir que la gente sea m\u00e1s consciente de lo que pasa en el mundo y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, de lo que ocurre a su alrededor.
