La demanda se present\u00f3 el 18 de agosto, alegando violaciones de la Ley Federal de Vivienda Justa y de otras leyes de derechos civiles, porque el Ayuntamiento ha dirigido una campa\u00f1a agresiva de aplicaci\u00f3n de las normas de construcci\u00f3n contra los parques de casas m\u00f3viles, ocupados mayoritariamente por latinos.
